Refund policy

RETURNS POLICY

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review the following conditions carefully before initiating a return.

30-Day Return Period
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the date of purchase. We are unable to accept returns outside of this timeframe.

Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Tiles must be in unopened, full boxes — loose tiles or partially used boxes cannot be returned
• The current batch of the product must be available in our stock at the time of return. If the batch is no longer carried, we are unable to process the return
• Proof of purchase (original receipt or order confirmation) must be provided

Non-Returnable Items
Special order tiles — including any products ordered in specifically for you — cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. Please ensure you are satisfied with your selection before placing a special order.

Handling Fee
All approved returns are subject to a 20% handling fee, which will be deducted from your refund. This fee covers the cost of inspection, restocking, and processing.

How to Initiate a Return
To begin the returns process, please contact us at superbtiles.melb@gmail.com within the 30-day period with your proof of purchase. Our team will assess your eligibility and, if approved, provide you with instructions for returning the stock to our warehouse.

Warehouse Inspection
All returns must be returned to our warehouse before any refund can be assessed or approved. Goods will be inspected upon arrival to confirm they meet our return conditions. We reserve the right to decline a refund if items do not meet the required standard upon inspection. Please do not return goods without prior authorisation.

Refunds
Once your return has been received, inspected, and approved, your refund will be processed within 3 business days. Refunds are issued to the original card used at the time of purchase or via bank transfer. We are unable to issue refunds via cash, store credit, or any other method. The 20% handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount. Delivery charges are non-refundable.
